However, if inaccurate or incomplete information about your pet is provided, the professional reserves the right to adjust the final cost accordingly and will inform you of any changes.

Yes, you may cancel your appointment 2–3 days in advance via the booking section of your profile. However, frequent cancellations within a short period may result in consequences, including the potential suspension of your account. If you cancel just hours before your appointment or fail to show up, the professional reserves the right to request payment or impose a cancellation fee.
